The ski-in, ski-out access was excellent, but the room cleanliness was lacking.

Proximity to Lake Jasna, efficient ski pass purchase, spacious and clean rooms
Limited spa hours could be more accommodating!!! A bit of noise during renovations detracted from the experience!!! Room layouts could use some thought—navigating with luggage felt clunky!!! Parking fills up quickly, so plan accordingly!!!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a spa & wellness center, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember the staff returning my documents left behind. Highly recommend pre-ordering your ski pass for discounts!

Snagged some great breakfast treats! The spread was a feast for the senses with loads of options! Plus, the hotel's cozy vibe made it feel like home. And let's not forget, the location was a dream—everything was a brisk walk away in this stunning nature-filled wonderland!
But boy, could those walls use some soundproofing! The chatter from neighbors and the sound of running water from the sewer played a never-ending lullaby. Also, the mattresses could use an upgrade. that gap in the middle made for a less-than-stellar night's sleep.

I stayed at Alpina in Kranjska Gora for a few nights. The room had a great view of the mountains, which I loved. The free wi-fi worked well, which was a plus. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but it became repetitive after a few days. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. I appreciated the 24-hour reception, especially when I needed assistance late at night. However, I noticed some areas for improvement. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, which was unpleasant. It filled the room if the door was left open. Additionally, the bar closed too early, at 9 PM, which limited evening options. The soundproofing could be better. I heard noises from the hallways and neighboring rooms. Overall, it’s a decent place with beautiful views, but some issues need addressing.

The cozy lobby with its warm light and inviting decor felt like a snug hug on a chilly mountain evening, perfect for chatting over a hot chocolate. Accessibility was friendly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy.
A small fridge in the room would be nice.

We had a fantastic time exploring the 40 km of beautiful cross-country trails, which took us past the source of the Sava River. The hotel's proximity to these trails made it easy for our family outings. The views from our room were breathtaking, which made every moment memorable.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining options for children could be improved.

The breakfast offered make-your-own waffles, fresh pastries, and plenty of hot dishes. The superior triple room had a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and a cozy carpeted feel. I loved the spa facilities with a hot tub and sauna. Perfect for a ski trip, right next to the slopes!

The clean, well-equipped room offered stunning mountain views, perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the breakfast with a wide selection, showcasing local pastries, but the dinner was a letdown, with average food that felt overpriced. Also, the atmosphere was pleasant, thanks to the courteous staff, though the parking lot management could be more efficient.

Amazing breakfast and great staff!
We stayed for a night and really loved the breakfast! It had everything—fresh pastries, fruits, and all sorts of hot dishes. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially our waitress. Just wish the food at dinner was better. some dishes were spoiled, and the chef was a bit rude when we brought it up.

Nice hotel, great alpine ambiance, and the staff were warm and friendly. They helped us with a little mix-up about our room key and made it all so effortless.
